Shipping & Delivery Terms

Order Processing

  • Standard ready-to-ship products are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days of order confirmation.
  • Made-to-order or custom products require additional time, typically 4–5 weeks, depending on production schedules.
  • All processing and delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary during peak seasons, customs clearance, or due to unforeseen delays.

Shipping Costs & Methods

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary based on destination, weight, and delivery method.
  • Shipping costs are based on the greater of actual or volumetric weight, as measured by the courier.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Amendments to Shipping Details

  • Once an order has been placed, shipping details cannot be amended.
  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are correct at the time of checkout.
  • EKANTIK will not be held responsible for packages lost or misdelivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer at checkout.

International Duties & Taxes

  • All international orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. This means:
      • Any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
      • Charges vary by country and are determined by local customs authorities. We cannot estimate or influence these costs.
  • If you refuse delivery due to customs charges or duties:
      • You remain liable for all shipping costs (both outbound and return) and any applicable duties/taxes charged by customs.
      • All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted once an item has been sold, regardless of customs duties, taxes, or other charges.

Customs Inspection & Documentation

  • Customs authorities may inspect, delay, or revalue shipments at their discretion.
  • Any additional fees, delays, or penalties arising from missing, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the customer are the customer’s responsibility.

Insurance

  • Shipments are not insured by default.
  • Customers who wish to insure their order against loss or damage must request this at checkout (if available) and pay the additional premium.
  • If no insurance is purchased, shipments are sent entirely at the customer’s risk.

Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • Once an order is handed over to the carrier, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.
  • Ekantik is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the courier, customs authorities, or events beyond our control.
  • If a package is marked “delivered” by the courier but not received, please contact the courier directly to file a claim.

Limited Liability

  • Ekantik’s liability for any order is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the product(s).
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, missed business opportunities, or emotional distress.

Unclaimed or Returned Orders

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed packages will incur additional reshipping charges. If the customer wishes to receive the item again, a new order must be placed in addition to covering all reshipping costs. No refunds will be issued, and original shipping costs and any customs charges remain non-refundable.

Force Majeure

  • Ekantik shall not be held responsible for any delay, loss, or failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, customs delays, airline disruptions, or governmental restrictions.
