Returns & Exchanges Policy
Custom-Made & Personalized Items
- All custom-made, tailored, or personalized items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Customers are responsible for checking our size chart and ensuring their own measurements are accurate before placing an order.
Sizing & Measurements
- If the size ordered matches the measurements listed on our size chart, no return or exchange will be accepted.
- Ekantik is not responsible for incorrect self-measurements provided by the customer.
Eligible Returns/Exchanges
We will only accept a return or exchange in the following cases:
- The item is defective or damaged upon delivery (not customer damage).
- The wrong item or wrong size (different from what was ordered) has been sent.
Please note: Ekantik reserves the right to inspect returned items. If we determine that an item was damaged by the customer after delivery, the return/exchange will be refused.
Return Method & Timeframe
- Any approved return must be requested within 2 working days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and duties.
- Once received and approved, the customer will be issued a store credit for the value of the item (excluding shipping and duties).
Sale & Promotional Items
- Items purchased on sale, promotion, or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
