All sales are final for custom-made, tailored, or personalized items.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ekantik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or Products purchased through it, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
Our liability is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the Product(s) in question.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

13. Severability
